I do not know how much I have lost ( I do not weigh) but people have been kinda amazed lately my husband said I look like I have lost 40 lbs over night( He is a little distorted on weight because he is thin) I have dropped from size 8 to a 5/6
pre pregnancy is size 3/4. Pretty cool only thing different is oil/swishing and tons of energy for exercise.
