blockage c/o teleman

i have what the doctor thinks is a stool blockage,i read up on the sphincter of doddi and i'm sure that is not that.I can feel a hard mass just to the right of my
belly button at the waist line,it is not painful unless i press on it then it is
more discomforting than painful.Any ideas?I seem to have good solid bowel movements
but this is not dislodging.I am stumped.
