I had a bad tendon and used Colloidal Silver externally on it and it helped quite a bit.

I did not take in internally, I just heated the area then gently rubbed the CS on the tendon. worked very well.

bone broth is another great thing to use, it contains all the nutrients necessary to build connective tissue.
