desonide lotion

i recently went to my dermatolagist because i was breaking out really bad and it was painful and they started oozing. he said i had severe eczema on my face and chest. he prescribed me desonide lotion and told me to use it twice a day. my face has been about 95% clear with one huge pimple(as usual. it will never end). but the strange thing is that i didnt have any Acne on my chest just really dry skin an dhe told me to put the lotion on that also. but my chest has broken out like crazy.. allthe way down to my belly button. all over my torseo, collar bone. arms. everywhere. i dont know how to get it to stop. each day its getting worse. any ideas..
