Re: Laura, you are right about it being liquid Kelp

If it helps, we haven't gotten into any iodine liquid, but I feel better and better by crumbling some dried kelp leaves on my veggie and egg breakfast...nearly every day.

I also crumble a few into any clear veggie soup I may be making, at the end...it helps 'beef' up the broth. Delicious!

Sometimes I crumble some on salad.

Whole flax seeds, too, especially on breakfast...last night on salad. They are tender, and add a kind of light 'gel' texture.

The 'gel' is very good for bathroom functions...and the Omega 3 oil, and bulk, help the pancreas, small intestine, as well as help prepare bile for the NEXT meal.

Add just a little of each, kelp and flax seeds, and see how you feel...then add a bit more when your body is ready.

So far, I haven't noticed any downsides...but a lot of good.

I ate up my package of hemp hearts, on breakfast, too, and plan to buy more.

F.
