Well, it was my first time fasting...once day 3 got here i felt so low on energy and was so hungry that i gave in...i was proud just that i know i could go that long but would like to start again. I lost a few pounds but put it back on once i started stuffing my face.
Could anyone tell me if they think juice fasting would be better for a newbie? I just thought maybe it will help me stick to it longer? Maybe the sensation of feeling fuller could help me get past day 3?
