Other than the black toungue - which may or may not be directly related -

I am mainly feeling tired yet more mental clarity it seems. I also feel more intestinal 'gurgling'. I'm sure no two of us will be alike, tho.

I started around the same time as you, and I figure we need time to see things change for sure. I do sunflower, for 15 minutes when I wake up.
