I was just conversing with a friend earlier ..

I was revisiting how I got to be here .. in this present state of mind. It was through reading a book called "Be Here Now" .. by Dr Richard Alpert (aka Baba Ram Das) .. which I read around 20 years ago. There's this part where Richard's Guru takes enough LSD to knock an elephant over, and nothing happens. It was symbolic of how high someone already feels when enlightened and also how a high vibration of peace and joy neutralises anything toxic. I always wanted that. And finding Ho'oponopono, and Master Yu and Abraham .. it's all become so.

It's fascinanting to track the Ask and it is Given process :-) This one took 20 years though :-) It's still one of my favourite books. Dr Alpert was a head at Harvard university .. and now is one of our greatest teachers of love and meditation that every exsisted.

I also got the perfect relationship, great kids, great dogs, a home I love, an amazing job where I get to use all my skills and gifts .. lots of other cool stuff too.

It's actually easier than it seems. You cast your desire, just like a fishing net, you enjoy a few sangrias while you wait for the fish to swim to you, you live in expectation that your net will always get filled, then you enjoy your wonderful catch .. and again, you cast your net ..

It's only resistence - focusing on what you don't want, contradictory thoughts and believing you can't have what you want, that causes you to not have it.
