Me - another bad night last night. Soooo bad that i couldn't finish my lemonade. I flushed this morning and feel ok - but the gland on the side of my throat.. (the one that gets swollen when you have strep) is super sore and swollen. I guess some serius detoxing is going on. i am just hoping I have the strength to stay with it. Last night was AWFUL!
