Healing Crisis Anyone?
Has anyone been experiencing any healing crisis or herxing, while they're doing OP? I am on my third day of OP with Sunflower Oil. In the morning I swish for about 10 minutes, spit out, then swish for another 10. Then in the late afternoon I swish for another 10. I felt great the first two days, now I'm feeling an exaggeration of some of my symptoms.
