You know what? I have a Neti Pot too and have yet to use it. I keep remembering what it was like to get water up your nose swimming....ouch.

Hmmmm. I think I'll give it a try.

Lately I've been drinking a ton of cayenne in lemon juice (post master cleanse) and that is doing an amazing number on my sinuses too!
