I did not even read the article yet and was chuckling~~!



How many of us have seen documents acquired through the
Freedom of Information Act, only to see that they are
basically blacked out with innocuous lines that are
meaningless...in the context of a sea of black ink~!



Surely this article is tongue in cheek??

All they really want is immunity and a way to forget...
I hear drinking too much can cause black-outs~~!
