Cheilitis Returned after 20 yrs

Ok...so my cheilitis reutned after 20 yrs....this might help narrow down what problems is. These are the things I have changed recently in my life that might have caused
the cheilitis:

1. Got sinus surgery....this caused a lot of stress for me mentally since recovery was long and worrysome.

2. Went to dentist after 20 yrs... Dentist said my teeth are fine. She just
cleaned them...no floride treatment. But my mouth was opened wide for hours. She played around with my mercury fillings and said they must come out.....

3. Started taking Vitamin A and B12 supplements and Airborne virus protector.

4. Started getting allergy shots(dont think this is the cause 20 yrs ago when I had
chilitis I got allergy shots to see if that would cure it. So doubt this is related).

5. Changed my toothpaste....I tried the Crest sample the dentist gave me and then switched to Toms of Maine which has peppermint oil.

6. Started taking Muscle Milk protein powder which contains soy,milk and vitamins and amiino acids ,atifical flavor etc....
7. Taking clindamycin neublizer (breathing up through nose...not orally).

This is what I have done in reponse to the above....
I have stopped all activities above(except allergy shots) and the toothpaste I am using is Colgate which is what I was on previously but htis time I got bubble gum flavor not mint.

My suspcions lie with the vitamin A supplements cause 20 yrs ago I took Rentin A
for acne. My suspicions alos lie with the mint toothpaste....so now I am on bubble gum flavored toothpaste. (any one know of an allergy free paste?)
My suspicion also lies with the dental visit. She played around with my mercury fillings.
