thats what makes it great...diversity

We're all different, yes.
We all have those we look up to, but thats a figure of speech. Being more knowledgeable or experienced in something doesnt automaticaly make a person someone to look up to. It's great sharing what you know (or THINK you know), but you shouldnt use that knowledge or experience to pretend to place yourself on a higher level than anyone else. That just means you have an over-inflated ego.
