What Goes 'Round Comes "Round (again and again)

I found this post while looking for something else. The current problem of multiple personalities trolling forums and stirring up trouble every place they go is hardly new. Read this post by Owen written nearly two years ago. If you have time, read the entire thread. It was bittersweet reading those old posts knowing some had left, disgusted with the situation on Curezone, one has died, one was banned himself.

I found it interesting that there has always been a need for moderators to be able to identify problem posters in order to determine if they are banned people returning, or those who try to post with multiple usernames. The thing to remember is that many of these returning from the banned people have a serious grudge against Curezone, the Webmaster, and some moderators and members. They have little of value to offer anyone. Its best to ignore them, but, sometimes it is hard to recognize them right away. Something needs to be done before they cause even more problems for Curezone, and harm its credibility and integrity. I used to tell almost everyone I met about Curezone, now, I rarely mention it at all. That makes me feel very bad because I still believe this site can change lives for the better. Tweet
