Re: Garlic and UT
I eat a lot of garlic and do UT. I've been eating raw garlic for about
15 years, only been on UT for a little over three.
What benefits from garlic? I can't really point to one thing, however,
garlic kills prostate cancer in the Petri dish and I'm a prostate cancer
survivor without medical intervention. That was when I began eating raw
garlic. If I can remember to eat 2 or more cloves of raw garlic a day, I
rarely have a cold - have gone as long as 3 years without one, where before
garlic it was 2 and 3 times a year. Can I point to any other
benefits? Well, rare colds and no more cancer are rather profound, but -
I'm aware that garlic removes heavy metals from the body. It also clears
parasites from the body including your blood stream. (There has some
research to see if garlic kills the malaria parasite. It does it in
animals, don't know what the results have been on humans. Malaria is
caused by a parasite.) If you have worms it will clear them out but you
have to continue eating it because it doesn't destroy the eggs. So if you
see worms in your stool, keep up with the garlic for several days because when
those eggs hatch you will have cleared them out and they will not have reached a
stage where they themselves can lay eggs.
Don't know if this helps.
