There are many maple syrups that are not classified as organic
simply because they use more than 3 taps on the maple tree.
Otherwise, they clean their equipment the same way as organic,
with steam, and the trees are usually wild and / or untained anyway.

Maple is more expensive due to the fact that tapping season begins
in March, so supplies are on the tail end.

at least buy the cayenne bulk at a healthfood store(non irradiated)
OR for the cheap route ,chef, find dried hot pepper and grind yourself.
Although there is a 'cayenne pepper' plant, the term Cayenne has become
a generic term, like kleenex, and can be most any, really hot pepper.

Filtered water you can probably get at work for free...

lemons other than organic, hmmm...just don't use the phony plastic lemon
reconstitued,I guess...
