i have had same experience a few times now, out break coming, but not coming to a full blown outbreak... swelling in the sacrum area, but then subsiding. I had posted previously that i have been taken mms in the form of enema also [15 drops], as well with oral dose of 6 drops/day. after the first enema i had strong warming sensation [like internal heating pad] in the areas of usual outbreaks [left buttock and sacrum].

Previously also experience muscle soreness in the right side of the waist area, made it a bit painful to twist at the waist.
At present, this soreness has moved to the right side of the sacrum, making it a little sore to hyper-extend the spine as in a stretch.

Gave the enema a break yesterday, and my oral dosage was 7 drops this morning.

Just a feeling that there are worms being descecrated down inside these areas, maybe even tapeworm(s) that are not having a good time with mms down in there. just a feeling, also am very interested in what is to come on this front also.
