mike nash aggressive

hiya everyone,
has anyone tried the aggressive diet by mike nash, my main concern is good health then weightloss, can anyone recommend any good diets as well as the warriar diet. trying to cut out tea and chocolate at the mo so how did you stop the red bulls rgar (spell name wrong i know) am still waiting for the warriar diet book. live in UK so it will most probably take six months.
