Re: Parasite eggs and “shedding”

The kicking and other movements are a bit freaky! I've felt it myself many times. Everything that I've read on the kicking type of movements point to tapeworms. It happens when the tape makes a rolling motion or turns over. In ancient text by Pliny and others the tapeworm was described more like a "snake of the intestines". I would say that might be a good description based on what I felt, particularly when I was trying to get rid of them in the beginning.

Of course, the other culprits are Ascaris. Tapeworms and Ascaris are the largest!

I do remember your colonoscopy story, it was a good one.

Much like you, I want my body for myself. :)
