whats the best diet for candida?

hi im on the candida diet that my nurrionist recomended but i react to alot of stuff thats on the sheet like brown rice and sweet poataoes rice cakes buckwheat flour i also suffer worse when my cycle due i have endometriois and get more constiaped can you recomended anything to help kill the candida ect the diet antifungals ect im taing paul darco 3 times a day and and am just strting natures biotics which are suppose to be good candida killers but im still struggling Tweet
