When I read a positive article on agave syrup on newstarget.com, I thought I would give it a try and even bought one of Mike's recommended products... a case (12) of it.
Over 3/4s of it still sits on the shelf... I am not drawn to it much.
I prefer a good local Raw, wild harvested honey, BSM, Maple Syrup, and Rapadura sugar first.
I use a raw cane sugar for kombucha... never could get a decent batch of kombucha with rapadura sugar. May have to try it again.
