Re: sunburn

Steve, I've said this adnauseum:  I spend every other weekend in baseball parks watching my grandson play baseball ... we're in SC, so we're talking fierce southern sun here.  April of 2006 is the last time I sunburned at a ballgame, and I'm out in the sun from before 9am until mid afternoon Sat & Sun.  What changed about that time?  2 things ... much more fruit in my diet and taking goji berry juice.  Sunburn is said to be free radical damage, so both are beneficial.

At the beach this past Labor Day, I got my 2nd burn in 2 yrs ... eating SAD and not taking my supplements.

HOPEFULLY, MY TEST IS OVER!!!!!!!!!!!
