Look under the box, click on part 1 and part 2 and they'll show you the ingredients. I have to take two of the part 1 in the morning, and two of the part 2 after dinner or before bed (both on empty stomach) and do that for 15 days, stop for two weeks, then go back on it for the remaining 15 days. (for the entire 6 weeks I must stay on a diet HIGH in raw fruit and veggies and VERY LOW in protein.
I'm eating NO meat, (except I caved and had ONE hot wing today). hehe
