Eliminating mucoid plaque [edited]
Yep...Richard Anderson makes a perfectly logical explanation.
And you are clearing yours with a combination of Humaworm, Humacleanse, and Hu-Mana-Tea...right, Sunshine?
...And happily gaining needed weight?
So we may conclude that mucoid plaque is a BARRIER to proper absorption of needed nutrients from food.
It has been said that parasites take the nutrients THEY need first, and leave us with what they don't want...the carbohydrates...sugar and starches, etc., and their poisons.
Let's say, generally speaking, that one of the things we must do, in cleansing, is to remove any build-up of mucoid plaque, and 'deposits' of any kind, anywhere. And, let's do everything we can think of to gently complete the job...
...Parasite (and their poisons) cleanse (Humaworm, or...?), plus lots of clean water,
...Move the bowels (Humacleanse, or...?),
...Cleanse the blood (Hu-Mana-Tea, or...?),
...Liver flush (plain, with Epsom salts),
...Kidney cleanse (watermelon, or watermelon seed tea),
...Cleanse the lymph system, with rhythmic movement, massage, and other appropriate ways,
...Cleanse, nourish, and balance the lymph system, with a 1% Himalayan crystal salt bath (when appropriate for kidneys; in subsequent baths only a handful of the salt is needed),

...Sleep better and better hours, as you can,
...Nourish the body, by adding whole food source Omega 3 oils and other good fats; and other whole food source nutrients which may be in short supply, such as Vitamin C, and more; even growing our own, to be sure,
...Cleanse the lungs, and add oxygen to the blood, by gently using the lungs more fully, especially by exhaling gently and fully on the exertion of muscles,
...Eliminate any intake of toxins you notice, or deduce, at least for the full duration of the cleanse,
...'Allow' appropriate release of any emotional 'constrictions', by making a simple statement to that effect, peacefully, and repeating it once or twice, and,
...Imagine tranquility, happiness...and pretend, at every opportunity...even when you are alone, or just thinking. Use only the words of tranquility, always...just in case. You deserve them...besides, you can always pick the others up again, when you are clean.
And, remember your duty-of-care towards others. No one else has your exact wisdom of experience.
Does that do it, folks?
I think of this as the ideal lifestyle, though it need not be a life sentence...you can always return to your usual style, once you are sweet and clean as a newborn.
