hi .. thanks for responding! yeah, i have been reading his books, they sound great! i'm absorbing it all in, and i read about the coconut oil being nearly a "miracle" product for so many things, so I will definatley try it. One question, he had said to get ONLY the UNREFINED virgin organic coconut oil .. but then I read , that the UNREFINED was not good to be ingested! so, I don't know what to think...do you buy UNREFINED? there are so many diff. opinions on this, UGH! but, I really do want to try this .. have you lost any weight since using this? Please, tell me all the benefits you have derived from using coconut oil!!!
