Like your wife, I opted to use Mirena for heavy bleeding. I have had mine since Nov 2007. After reading these posts, I have to wonder if Mirena will be the miracle I was hoping it to be. Has your wife decided on any other methods to control the heavy bleeding? If so, please let me know what other options are available.
