Clarification on the Food/Toxins Topic

I have had several emails about this food/toxins subject .. "Can I REALLY eat ANYTHING and be ok as long as I can feel happy?" So, as to save time, I thought I'd make a post to clear up some thoughts.

There is a Yes and No to this.

I don't want any information I've posted prior on this forum to seem misleading, or even be endangering to your health, so let me add some points for clarification.

As a Kinesiologist and energy therapist, I am working with a lot of people with health, food and emotional issues. Do I just tell them - think happy thoughts, be happy, bless your food and now rush out and eat Big Macs and splurge on Cola? Heck NO!!!!!

The following needs to be considered:

1. Every food has a vibration, every substance has a vibration, EVERY THING is vibrating at a certain frequency.

2. All day long, based on how you are feeling on various subject areas in your life, you are vibrating at a certain frequency. Your vibes fluctuate as you think different thoughts. (Check the emotional Guidance scale here:

but you will have an overall vibration, kind of like an average. (You can also check Dr David Hawkins book: Power Vs Force for a summary of emotional vibrations on the consciousness level)

3. You can not just bless your food and think a quick thought of gratitude/appreciation and expect that food to be totally purified UNLESS your dominant average vibration is at least at the level of "Positive Expectation/Belief" (Again, check the emotional scale on the above link)

4. Some asked me about the Empowerment that Master Yu gave me, where I could mentally cleanse and purify food and water and bring it to a vibration of joy. This was rather exciting at first, but it also lead me to ASK how I could help others find that same empowerment in order to help themselves do this, with no external empowerment.

5. Here's the GOOD bit. I decided to no longer use my empowerment, but worked myself diligently up the emotional scale until I could vibrate at the top end of the scale as an overall vibration. Yes, that is empowerment! .. get up the scale and no longer have to focus on what is *good* or *bad* for my body. All becomes good.

6. What I am saying is that any of you can have the empowerment of eating and drinking anything you want, and no longer be affected by toxins, as long as you diligently work your way up the emotional scale and reach the point of 'positive expectation' and upwards. When you vibrate at this level, you are immune to just about anything. ANYTHING.

7. If you bless your food, when inside of you, you still have quite a lot of emotional turmoil, you will not be able to raise the foods vibration ... and you will not be vibrating at a level where you can process/purify foods that have caused you problems in the past.

8. Thinking joyful thoughts or peaceful thoughts as you bless the food (while having issues to deal with) is like sticking a smiley over a sad face. Band aids don't work.

9. So, the key is to really accept where you are and know that's OK. Even being with where you are for a day or two. Completely absorbing and being open to feeling those feelings is a good thing. Oh, isn't that a *bad* thing? No, because you are ALREADY vibrating there, so that is what you are attracting anyway.

10. The key is to find where you are on the emotional scale in every area of your life: money, self-worth, relationships etc. and work with only 1 area of your life at a time - and be with that emotion, feel it, and spend some time with your thoughts there. Then day by day, find the next emotion on the scale and go there, be with it, feel the feelings. Vomit it all out. It doesn't feel good, but it's what's inside of you.

11. Quantum leaps do NOT work. If you are really in anger, but pretend feelings of optimism, or your dominant feeling is frustration and you pretent feelings of joy, it is too big a vibrational jump .. and you end with really sloppy vibrations. Very contradictory vibes.

12. In my line of work, as I make my assessments, it becomes clear what type of vibrations my clients are carrying .. and no one comes to me in joy, I can assure of you of that :-)

13. I will now move onto cleansing, nutrition, supplements etc.

14. First, some examples of how emotions and dis-ease work together: those vibrating around anger/rage/resentment, Liver Flushes and coffee enemas are wonderful. Even those green stones are carrying the vibration of anger. Those carrying a lot of excess weight are vibrating at disempowerment/helplessness/need for protection. Those who have a lot of physical pain are vibrating at Guilt. Those vibrating at frustration/Irritation often have sinus problems or migraines. You'll know when you are averaging at a place around positive/expectation and joy, because it will be almost impossible to get sick.

15. So, the Art of Allowing is also about releasing resistence.

16. Resistence can be stored as toxins in the body, as thoughts, emotions that hinder joy. Certain foods like greens, foods high in enzymes, fresh fruit, live food etc. tend to have higher vibrations. White Sugar , MSG, processed denatured foods carry lower vibrations. So, depending where you are, some extra nutritional support does raise your vibrations.

17. I would still suggest you follow the regimen (food, supplements and cleansing) that works best for your body as it stands. So, if you are attracted to a certain cleansing program, or something jumps up at you and you feel it's good to do it, then do it.

18. When you have deliberately raised your vibrations, you will KNOW that in yourself - *** All IS GOOD! *** You won't need to ask anyone, you will know it. And you can enjoy anything on your plate and know that your body and cells know exactly how to extract what it needs.

19. Another way of releasing resistence is to do emotional therapy work. I use Byron Katie's work and EFT with great success. I have helped others release resistence by working on certain emotional states, and bang, the allery dissapears .. or we work on some abuse issues, and bang, the Arthritis dissapears .. or we work on all those feelings of guilt, and bang, the chronic pain leaves.

20. You only ever need to work with the feelings of your emotions. Nothing else. Because dis-ease, poor relationships, poverty etc. are all vibrational matches to some emotional state.

21. So, focus on the feelings, and you are only ever looking for a better feeling thoughts 1 up on the vibrational scale above the thought you already had.

22. Spending a week moving from Depression to anger will offer a wonderful feeling of relief. I have found those getting close to feelings of anger/rage/revenge/blame have the most trouble because of social conditioning. And that is when many slide back down the emotional scale because *other people* feel better when you are depressed than angry. Make a commitment not to give a damn what anyone elses thinks, because only you know where you are on this emotional journey, and No, you don't need to learn anger management, you only ever need to find a better feeling thought.

P.S. Even from depression, you can move to joy in less than 30 days on any subject. It requires 1-2 hours of focused work each day. And it IS worth the effort.
