Feeling scared...Please help!!

I started my period 2 days ago and since then the weakness in my left side got alot worse. Before It came and went and but its been very consistent since the period started. This is my first period since removal 4.5 weeks ago. I am hoping they are related. Also the thing that scares me the most is the way my throat and jaw feels. The last couple days they have felt weird. They feel weak and tired. I know that sounds weird, I just dont know how else to describe it. I can swallow and chew fine, but they feel tired when doing so. Has anyone felt like this?? I am starting to doubt this is from Mirena and I just feel scared. Please help.
