A Great Flush Without Stones

I finally got around to doing my winter maintenance liver flush. I should have done this around Thanksgiving, but I've been ill for over a month with inner ear, sinus and bronchial infections. Now that I am better except for a cough, I thought it would be a good time to flush. Last night was pretty routine except for a tornado warning being issued just as I finished my second Epsom drink. I went ahead and completed the flush while the winds blew and rain came down. The really bad weather stayed north and west of my home. My juice concoction was different this time. I had purchased a couple of grapefruit, but the very idea of smelling them, much less drinking the juice made me queasy. I had a can of Coke left from my illness when I used it to clear my throat. I drank about half the can, drank a combination of five ounces each of apple juice and olive oil, and then more Coke. I used a Castor oil pack warmed by a heating pad, and also used a vibrating neck pillow in the liver/gallbladder region. I fell asleep quickly with little nausea or pain.

The next morning I passed cups of sticky brown chaff and lots of thick brown fluid smelling of old bile. I had not passed this kind of fluid since my earlier days of liver flushing. The chaff and brown fluid continued to come out all morning. Only a few broken looking stones came out. There were no round green pea shapes or marbles or jelly beans. Even without the stones I had a sense of a really good flush. I had been having twinges in the liver area for several weeks, not really pain, just twinges. I was amazed at how much debris was passed this time. I feel good, but am pretty weak still from the long illness. I hope this cleanse will help me recover and become more resistant to the winter cold and flu bugs that are so plentiful around here.

No stones does not necessarily mean a poor flush. This one was really good. Tweet
