teenage facial hair

I have been experiencing facial hair since I was 17, I think it all started when my cousin had me start shaving my mustache. Now at 23 I have a man's type chin and neck hair and it is so embarrissing!! My husband says he does not mind but I don't think I should have it this early. I even have a little gotee with little hairs underneath my mouth? Can anyone please explain why I have this problem?? I use facial hair remover since I have sensitive skin and it grows back so fast should I use a razor instead of the remover?? I also have dark nipple hair which I shave and also hair underneath my belly button. I need some support. Tweet
