regularly. And the prices are good on a
sale and you can often get free shipping.
I also like Garden of Life Extra Virgin's
taste but it is rather highly priced...
For Cooking, I use Spectrum or the Non-certified
Tropical Traditions. I can get 2
quarts for 20
bucks. It does not have the strong coconut taste
but I use it for all my cooking, baking, on rice,
and also to season my cast iron pans.
