echogenic focus in left ventricle in baby

I had my 18 week ultrasound today and we are having a girl...yay! But the doc is ending me to go get a level 2 ultrasound because they found a echogenic focus in her left ventricle. I'm a little worried but he said rarely is there reaso for concern but I'm now just learning that it could be a marker for down sydrome. We didnt have the test for d syd done. has anyone else had experience with this? Tweet
