Tori ... I thought you might find my story here interesting. I have an infant son that has a small hernia and I was trying some natural methods to try and heal this hernia without surgery. I was advised by someone on this site to try Dr. Christopher's Bone, Flesh, & Cartilage (BF&C). Since I am breastfeeding I was taking the capsules myself so my son would get it through the breast milk. I took 2 capsules of the BF&C per day for one month and started getting some pain in one of my teeth that had a root canal in it. By the 4th day after the pain started (which was on a Sunday) I was in EXTREME pain! I went to a dentist on Monday and found out that I had an infection in the root canal tooth. This root canal has been in my mouth for approximately 15 years. I think that taking the BF&C was growing my bone back that the infection had been eating away and was pushing out the infection thus causing me pain. They are advising me to have an Apicoectomy. I have a scan of my x-ray. I am wanting to have this root canal tooth pulled and a root canal tooth two over from it and want to know how careful I need to be about picking a dentist to do this. I have no dental insurance and am very poor (on disabililty and raising 4 kids) so I need to do this as cheaply as possible. What do you think would be the best way to have these removed? Do they need to be cleaned also after being removed? And what do you think about my theory about the Bone, Flesh, and Cartilage? Thanks!
