I have been taking supplementation for a long time. And lots and lots of different kinds. I was actually trying to cut my supplementation down to the basics. I have done Lugols for 9 months now and would like to keep that up. I will stick to a multivitamin and maybe continue with zinc and iron, but I need to stop rattling when I walk. I actually think that is half of my problem. I was doing very well diet and fitness wise and then started supplementing so many things that I threw the balance off, and my body rebelled.
I used to drink 3 litres of water a day, but have gotten slack with that as well. But that one is pretty easy to rectify.
