Cataracts in Shetland Sheepdog ("Sheltie")

Hi, there! I have a 13 year old female Sheltie named Sandy. She's been developing that whitish-ness to her eyes. I know she's getting up there, but we'd like to know if there's anything we can do to either make it go away or slow it down naturally. Sandy's vet has never mentioned it, but his exam rooms could be brighter, so he may not see it.

She's starting to trip up the stairs occassionally and when we go for a walk at night she sometimes veers off course a bit from me and my other Sheltie. We live in the country and it's pitch black out except for my flashlight or when we get a full moon. She used to be right with us all the time.

Other than this, she's in super health.

Thank you!!!
