Yes, the CD IS funny - it makes me laugh out out several times. I love Esther!!! I am playing it right now. Just listening to that one short CD gives you all the basics believe it or not. I love when Abraham says "just stop pedalling against the stram and the stream will carry you". It takes the pressure away from thinking you constantly have to focus on the wants - just stopping to focus on the not wants will get you downstream again :-)
