hi valerie yes i had the diarhrea during the colonic and had alot of cramping pain after im taking bowel build by natures sunshine and using liver castor oil packs they are helping me go everyday i have candida and endo so i was very constipated i take the bowel build twice a day and hav a colinic every few weeks that was my second one
