Whole food vitamin supplement
Can someone recommend a whole food vitamin? I know Garden of Life has one (I actually have their woman's formula in my cupboard but it expired 8/07....do you think it's still ok to take?) but I was wondering if anyone has one they like. I'm still breastfeeding my 27 month old so I don't really want anything with a tons of herbs and other ingredients in it (which Garden of Life has). I think Dr. Mercola has one or is formulating one, does anyone know? Thanks in advance!
