Re: Hoodia and hypoglycemia

In 1995, I started on a journey that took 130 pounds off my weight, so I think I'm qualified to speak on the weight part.

Weight is what we put in our mouths ... PERIOD.

Fat isn't just fat, it's toxins ... for some reason, the silly liver stores toxins in the fat cells.  Talk to that liver if you want to, you aren't going to change it's mind about this!!

I lost my weight on a low fat vegan diet/lifestyle, I did it for years.  I kept the weight off for years also.  I went back to my sad diet and within 2 years, I had liver dysfuntion and early stages of kidney failure.

....

Now for my opinions on blood sugar abnormalities.  My reading tells me it's basically a mineral imbalance.  Eat leafy greens either as salads or green juices regulates the sugars you get from fruits.

Greens are high in magnesium and iron

Fruits are high in calcium and potassium

If you're eating a holistic type diet, this balance is important.
