I honestly do not think the 2 protocols would interfere. The CLO2 should not care about the herbs and treat them like it does food (not at all). So, it would be best to take the herbs at least an hour away; just as you would with other food or perscription drugs. Also, it sounds like your problem is hormonal; so the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement will not interfere with that; and unfortunately Miracle-Mineral-Supplement won't help it either.
