Re: Weight gain, depression, mood swings, insomnia after liver flushes?? Desperate help!!!!!!!!!
Ya know, Archus, there is something about your post that made me remember something that I've read might arise when doing various cleanses, deep cleanses and
Liver Flushes that are intended to clean out deeply stored junk. It is said that people often times can store some of their past emotional situtations. Think about how we add weight, gain pounds, and store these accumulations in our body over time. The idea seems to be, we can also store residues of our emotional events, so in a way, even though these events pass, we sort of carry snippets of them around with us, embedded in our fibers... a different kind of extra weight or "baggage". The idea here is that sometimes flushing and cleansing can sort of bring these old stored up memories to the surface while they too are being flushed. This might be another reason to supplement with herbs and foods that help to calm the mind, balance hormones and such, especially if multiple
Liver Flushes have been done in a short time.....like a healing crisis that is caused by other than physical substances.
