Re: some of these recipes are NOT healthy food

Well, sometimes you have to hit me with a 2 x 4 across the head to get my attention.  I just now went to make the above recipe and what is the first thing I see?  Cooking spray.  Again, I profusely apologize.  Just because a site says it's healthy doesn't mean it is so. 

Lesson learned.

My New Year's Resolution is to not be in such a hurry.
