Who's doing the touting. Most people have never even heard of indigo people. How could they be the next stage of human evolution if some of them have been here a long time? Who knows but theres probably always been indigo people, just like theres always been psychics. I think their just rare and intelligent people who have special gifts, nothing more nothing less.
