Any time I can catch the "3 flushes in a row that are stone free" statement, I can only add that I have had 4 stone free flushes, but kept going and the 5th following was back to production. The process that creates the stones isn't halted with flushing, so I believe it is a mistake to think that once you are seemingly clear that you are done.
