Is 97/63 for a male 12 year old way too low?

My son is fighting several medical problems that include:
Adrenal Fatigue - subclincial Adddison's disease
low cortisol
low blood Sugar levels

I have read that some of his problems cause low blood pressure. We have checked it on a home electric cuff. The readings fluctuate which I know if normal because they aren't that acurate, but I am concerned about the readings being too low, we have taken readings when he feels bad at 97/63
Then when he was feeling a little better it was (left side)109/49-pulse 82, (right side) 88/51-pulse 85, and then (left side again) 99/62-pulse 84 which were all taken at the same time rotating arms. I don't know if he was fluctuating that bad or if its the cuff. One problem we have is that he has lost so much weight (He is 5'1" and weighs 74lbs that his arms are so skinny we really have to work to get it tight around his arm before we start.

Should I take him to the ER since it's a Holiday or with these levels should we wait till Wed and go to our Peds doc?

Thanks for any input,
Cindy
