Lemon juice will do for vinegar in most situations.

I think wasabi might be okay . . . horseradish is beneficial.

The creamer, I don't know. Maybe there is some sort of commercial soy concoction.

Salsa? Onion and garlic and cilantro are okay . . . so there are all sorts of combos you could do with compliant veggies and fruits. And, if you are a non-secretor, tomatoes are neutral.

Black pepper was a tough one for me, and one of the last things I avoided. But I did come to the conclusion that I was better off without it. Paprika is neutral, but not quite the same, of course.
