I'm glad you have found the Blood Type Diet . Anyways, I know dr. dadamo has done lab testing on the effects of different lectins in the body, and there supposed to be thousands of documents on all of the research behind blood type and all sorts of things. Frankly i dont really care, all the research in the world doesn't mean a thing to me unless it works for me. The blood type works amazingly, and i can tell that an avoid is an avoid almost immediately after i've eaten it. For me that's proof enough, however the Depression lifting, Acne dissapearing, energy levels balancing out and chronic sinus problems vanishing are also a reason i stay on it :)

One thing i would say to you is that you use curezone for the amazing tool that it is, start doing cleanses, i think the orders goes something like; parasite, liver and bowels but i could be wrong. Those are almost as important as following a good diet.

A secretor basically just means that you secrete the antigen for your blood type in your saliva and other fluids, it offers some protection against diseases and also changes some of the food values. about 20 percent or so of the population are non-secretors. Type a's certainly don't have to be vegan, actually fish is highly beneficial and turkey and chiken are neutrals. A's are however much more able to go vegan or vegetarian and be successful at it. I personally am but for personal reasons but you don't have to stop eating fish and turkey if you don't want to. If you do give them up it just means you have to make sure you're getting good amounts of complete protiens through food combining.
