Don't apologize Hanna, I chose to watch that video because you let us know what is was about, and that it was there. It took a long time to load, but that is my problem.

Here is a post from the Liver Flush Forum that is ideal in my opinion. It contains a good explanation, plus a link to a video. People have the choice whether or not to click on the link; but even if they choose not to watch the video, they still have a source of good information.
