Jessiesmom & Yellowbirdsmom

Sorry I missed that post. I've never seen the clubbed fingernails happen from the bug killer or any cleansing regime. Usually means stress. Unresolved issues. Either mental or emotional. Or diet.

Once the main infestation is eliminated I recommend every three days take a good dose of bug killer. Reinvestation happens when the eggs hatch and the parasites start laying more eggs. I know Barefoot recommends once a week or every other week but the original Clark twice a week makes sure you don't get reinvested when the eggs hatch. I know the clove is supposed to kill the eggs but it doesn't seem to kill all the eggs and when the deeper layers of debris starts working it's way out of the liver there are usually eggs behind the stones.

So I've modified my maintanance recommendations to every third day. If there are any eggs they will hatch within 48 hours of the last dose of bug killer and within 24 hours of that start laying eggs. So, Every third day will ensure the parasites never get a chance to mature to the point where they can lay eggs and start the whole thing over again. So I suggest taking the DeWormer twice every third day. Breakfast and dinner or Lunch and before bed.

It'll probably take a good year on maitanance to eliminate all the eggs. And the bugs can't develop an immunity to the bug killers. It takes quite a few generations for that to happen. If you're killing the parasites as they hatch there is no next generation.

And once you start killing the bugs DON'T STOP. I know it's rather hard on a human body but I can guarantee you that a body IS healthier without the parasites.

It is possible to cleanse too fast but not so eliminating parasites. Get-em gone and keep-em gone.

Cellular detox can happen too fast but if you know your body well enough it's very easy to control. And once the bugs are gone and no longer dumping their waste into your body it doesn't take long for the cellular cleansing to kick in. And it happens automatically so you don't need any extra anti-oxidents to speed the process up. That's the big mistake people make. Distilled water and daily oils go a long way to ease the discomfort of detox.

What also helped me a lot was Schulzes detox tea. Its a blood cleaner based around Red Clover. That forces the debris being released from the cells into the liver. Of course your liver has to be decongested and on line to manage the debris. With the main parasite infestation gone the liver will usually stay open on its own. When it does start to congest open it up with a flush. The nightly oils tend to keep the liver open, especially olive oil.

After the liver is debugged it may get congested from the cellular debris. And you have to remember it does take some time for the liver to heal enough to be 100 percent again. Keeping it open is the best way to insure it heals properly.

Once the bugs are gone, or at least the main infestation, it's quite easy to tell when your liver gets congested. For sure its going to get congested but usually within 24 hours or so it will open up on it's own. So don't panic when it clogs up.
But if after three days you're still congested it's time for a flush.

When the liver is congested the bowels slow down. It's the bile that is the main factor to stimulate parastalis. Plus without the bile the stool will get tan. Other sysmptoms include: The urine gets real dark almost orange, fatigue, no energy, body odor, mid back pain, neck discomfort (your neck seems stuck), bloating after meals. no apitite, even chest pain. Now, you don't have to have all these symptoms to know you need to do a liver flush. After you've spent a few months doing the anti-parasite programs you should start getting in tune with your body.

For now your body is going to be running your life - listen to it, get in tuned with it. This is where the mental side of it comes into play. Give your body some of that love you so freely give to others. People will understand. You're NOT being selfish. Your body will thank you as it is allowed to get healthy. Bodies are pretty durable, all they need is a fighting chance and they respond very well.

A little trick I used to stop the detox right now was to eat some junk food. Doesn't sound right but it works. I didn't do that very often but when the detox was happening too fast I'd go up to the Burger King and get a Whopper, fries and chocolate shake. Stopped the detoxing immediately. I don't recommend that but after months and months of detoxing, hell with it, I needed a break. Next day back to work.

The clubbed fingernails is usually stress. But not the usual run of the mill stress. We're talking war, child abuse issues, loss of a child, etc. that heavy duty stuff.

I've never seen it with and cleansing regimes or antiparasite protocols. Matter of fact just the opposite, as the bugs get eliminated and the cleansing happens people are quite amazed at how good their hair and fingernails clear up. The hair gets strong and shiny and the nails get long and durable.

I don't know what your diet is Yellowbirdsmom but I've seen the clubbed fingernails along with weak nails and course hair with the vegetarian diet. Basically hair and nails are protein and oils. Back off on the fruit juices too. Juices are concentrated fruits. Good every now and then but not as a main staple.

Again my appologies for not seeing this post. Hope this helps.
